Found at Authority Administration → My Jurisdiction. It shows your role, institution and status; enforcement-effective chips for direct-jurisdiction and role-scope enforcement (see Tenant Enforcement); a list of your own direct jurisdictions; a separate Institution mandate card; your positions and service responsibilities; and operational counts within your own jurisdiction — holdings, organisations, verified/unresolved holdings, active submissions, manual overrides, and vacant responsibilities.

Institution mandate is not your personal access. The page says this explicitly — that card shows your institution's maximum possible reach, not what you personally have been assigned. Your own access is the "My direct jurisdictions" list above it.
Fail-closed by design

Why it fails closed

If you have no direct jurisdiction of your own, the page shows an honest empty state rather than silently falling back to your institution's data — that fallback would quietly give you a much wider view than you're actually meant to have. If you're signed in as a platform bootstrap actor, the page shows an explanatory alert instead of trying to manufacture a personal view that doesn't really apply to you.
