Disease Reports — Disease Intelligence & Reporting Engine

Suspected and confirmed disease reports flowing in from farms, national FMD intelligence dashboards, and a report engine shared with the standalone Reports page.

Audience: state vets, Authority users Part of the Authority guide set

What this guide covers: the three Disease Reports tabs — Intelligence, Incidents and Engine.

What it doesn't cover: the org-side act of filing a disease-suspicion report — see Biosecurity in the LITS guide set.

Intelligence

Intelligence

Found at Authority → Disease Reports. Dashboards only: monthly report volume, an FMD serotype breakdown (SAT1/SAT2/SAT3 endemic; Type O/Type A exotic or border-only; Other), a status funnel, a vaccination-coverage gauge, and a 10-year FMD-Free Strategy phase tracker (2024–2034).

Incidents

Incidents

The actual disease-suspicion feed — Status, Disease, Holding, Affected count, Reported date, Notified, Exported.

StatusMeaning
PendingJust reported, not yet looked at.
InvestigatingUnder active investigation.
ConfirmedDisease confirmed.
Ruled outInvestigated and dismissed.
ResolvedClosed out.
This tab is read-only. There's no status-change, approve or confirm action on this page today — the only action available is a CSV export of the visible rows.
Engine

Engine

Report-definition cards; click Generate to run one. This is the same report engine as the standalone Reports page's Engine tab — reachable from both places, not two separate features.

Download on a completed run doesn't currently do anything visible. The result dialog's Download button calls the export endpoint but the response is never saved as a file or opened anywhere — clicking it today has no visible effect. Use the run-result dialog on screen in the meantime.
