Review Queue

Two queues in one page: field-captured events waiting on a supervisor's sign-off, and movement confirmations coming back from someone outside your organisation.

Audience: owners, farm managers Part of the LITS guide set

What this guide covers: reviewing events that were flagged for a second set of eyes, approving or rejecting external movement confirmations, and the departure manifest a group movement needs before either of those can happen.

What it doesn't cover: capturing the original event — see Field Capture — or granting the outside party their access in the first place — see External Access Portal.

Event review

Event review

Found at LITS → Review Queue, the Events tab — a pending/approved/rejected/ needs-correction queue of field-captured events that were flagged as requiring review. Open one and record a decision — approve, reject, or needs-correction — with an optional reason and notes.

External confirmations

External confirmations

The second tab lists movement confirmations submitted by an external party — a transporter or receiver acting through their own scoped External Access Portal link. Each shows the received animal's condition (good, injured, distressed, deceased), colour-coded, and you approve or reject it the same way as an event.

Departure manifests

Group departure manifests

Group movements need a manifest; individual-animal movements never do. Before an external confirmation for a group movement can be approved, a departure manifest listing every animal in the group must be created and sealed. A sealed manifest can still be voided if needed, with a reason recorded against it.
