Reports

Traceability, movement, biosecurity and compliance reporting in one place — plus a universal search that opens straight into any animal's full chain of custody.

Audience: owners, vets, auditors Part of the LITS guide set

What this guide covers: the seven tabs that make up LITS Reports.

What it doesn't cover: financial reporting like P&L or the board pack, or livestock profitability — see Reports & Board Pack and Livestock Finance Bridge.

Command

Command

Found at LITS → Reports, the Command tab — overview KPIs (total animals, holdings, camps, movements this month, pending reviews, missing identifiers, FMD due, quarantined, open disease reports) plus population breakdowns by holding and by camp.

Catalogue

Catalogue

A library of report definitions grouped by category — traceability, location, movement, biosecurity, treatment, data quality, compliance — each showing a readiness indicator and a run action.

Search

Search & chain of custody

A universal animal search and filter that opens into a Chain of Custody drawer per animal — its full ownership, location and event history in one read. This shares the same drawer the Animals page uses, and is deep-linkable with an animalId query parameter.

The rest

Movement, Generated & Scheduled

The remaining tabs: Analytics; Movement (movement matrix, vaccination coverage, movement register, quarantine register, disease-suspicion register, treatment register); Generated (reports you've already run or exported); and Scheduled (reports set to run automatically).
